Niamh Shumacher and Neka Knowles represented The King’s Academy at the Division II A/AA State Track and Field Meet in Murfreesboro last week. Sophomore Neka Knowles placed 6th in the Shot Put with a throw of 32’11”. Niamh, also a sophomore, placed 3rd in the 1600m run and won her first State Title in the 3200m run. It was an exciting day for TKA Track and Field! Congratulations Niamh and Neka!
