Students who score at or above the 95th percentile nationally in select content areas on the TerraNova assessments in 3rd through 6th grades qualify for the Duke Talent Identification Program (TIP) the following year. The content areas include Reading, Vocabulary, Reading Composite, Language, Language Mechanics, Language Composite, Mathematics, Math Computation, Math Composite, Total Score, Science, or Social Studies. This year, 53% of TKA students who took the TerraNova assessment in spring 2015 were invited to participate in the Duke TIP. We are proud of our students’ hard work and success!
