MOVIES AT THE ACADEMY – POSTPONED
Our Parent-Teacher Fellowship’s annual “Movies at the Academy” has been postponed from its originally scheduled date this Friday, January 8. An announcement will be made when a new date is set.
MIDDLE SCHOOL BASKETBALL – TONIGHT (Thursday)
Come out to cheer on our middle school basketball teams as they host Grace Christian Academy at Stokely Gym tonight. JV Boys play at 5, Varsity Girls play at 6, and Varsity Boys play at 7 p.m. Go Lions!
FINANCIAL FREEDOM WORKSHOP OFFERED
TKA instructor Jesse Martin is leading a free, four-part workshop on Financial Freedom in TKA’s Clark Library on January 12, 14, 19, and 21 from 7 – 8 p.m. The workshop emphasizes Biblically-based principles of stewardship and teaches how to leave a financial legacy for your family. This workshop is open to all members of the TKA family: parents, grandparents, teachers, high school seniors, alumni, etc. Mr. Martin is a district leader with Primerica, and has taught Financial Freedom principles to families, churches, and businesses. DORM REQUEST
If you have extra coffee mugs and/or cereal bowls that you no longer need, our dorms would love to have them. Please put them in a bag with Mrs. Koss’ name on the outside and leave them in the HS office. Thank you!
