Benjamin Franklin said, “Either write something worth reading or do something worth writing.” Well, these students have done both!! Congratulations to the students who were selected to submit writing selections to the ACSI Creative Writing Festival! Students were chosen by their teachers for exhibiting excellence in writing and composition in either poetry or essay format. Students receiving recognition at the local level of competition were MacGregor Hall (5), Olivia Henderson (4), Peyton Brooks (4), Luke Burdette (4), Karrington Leist (6), Emma McCarter (6), and Zac Shaffer (8). Two students, Taylor Daft (6) and Christian Hoffman (4), were judged as Superior at both the local level and regional level of competition.
