Student Shadow Holidays
Want to see what it’s like to be a King’s Academy student? Join us for one of the shadow days listed below! Visiting students will shadow a TKA student for the day. Students in grades 5-11 are welcome to attend. The day will begin in the Admissions office (Anderson Building Administrative Hallway) at 7:45 a.m. Visiting students will pick up a visitor pass and be escorted to their classroom. Class begins at 8:00 a.m. Last period of the day ends at 3:00 p.m. Your student will be escorted back to the Admissions office where you may pick him/her up. Lunch will be provided and attire should be modest. Shorts and skirts above the knee or flip flops are not permitted. TKA will only allow the first 8 shadow requests per shadow day. Registration is required. Parent Question and Answer Sessions will be held in the Admissions office from 8:00-9:00 a.m. and 2:00-3:00 p.m. each shadow day. All parents of visiting students are invited to attend one of the sessions. If you prefer a personal appointment, please contact Janice Mink (email@example.com) or Melinda Thornton (firstname.lastname@example.org) to schedule a convenient time.
