Director of Admissions
Lead TKA's admissions and enrollment work for day, boarding, and international students. This role combines relational recruitment, strategic enrollment management, communication, and prospective-family engagement.
College & Career Counselor / Registrar
Guide Upper School students through college and career planning while overseeing academic records, registration, transcripts, schedules, and graduation requirements.
Upper School Science Teacher
Inspire curiosity and critical thinking through engaging, rigorous science instruction in a Christ-centered classroom where students are challenged academically and known personally.
Food Service Assistant
Support meal preparation, service, kitchen sanitation, and dining hall operations while helping create a clean, safe, and welcoming experience for students, faculty, staff, and guests.

Which application should I use?
Faculty and substitute teacher candidates should use the Teacher Application. Administrative, professional, and support staff candidates should use the General Application.
Do I need to email my résumé separately?
The online applications include a résumé upload field. Unless a specific position requests an additional item, candidates can submit their materials through the application itself.
What are TKA's faith expectations for employees?
TKA is a distinctly Christian school. Candidates should have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, actively participate in a Bible-believing church, and be able to fully support the Academy's Statement of Faith and Christ-centered mission.
