Join Us for the First-Ever Fall Classic at The King’s Academy

The King’s Academy in Seymour, TN is excited to host our first-ever Fall Classic on Friday, November 7, 2025. This family-friendly evening brings together students, families, alumni, and the community for a night of food, music, and friendly competition.

Highlights of the Night

• Chili Cook-Off – Taste and vote for your favorite chili! Contestants will compete for the Golden Ladle, Spiciest Spoon, and People’s Choice awards.
• Cider and Hot Chocolate – Warm up with classic fall drinks at our beverage stations.
• Bluegrass Music – Enjoy live sets from talented local Bluegrass musicians throughout the evening.
• Bonfire Fellowship – Gather around the fire pits for conversation, laughter, and fall vibes with friends and family.
• Softball Tournament & Home Run Derby – Alumni, staff, and students face off in fast-paced “Banana Ball” style games. Cheer on your favorites and witness some friendly competition!

Evening Schedule

• 5:15–6:15 PM: Chili Cook-Off and live bluegrass music

• 6:30–9:00 PM: Softball games, Home Run Derby, and announcement of Chili Cook-Off winners

Get Involved

We’d love for families to be part of the action! Sign-ups for chili contestants and volunteers to help with setup, food service, and cleanup will be available soon. This is a wonderful way to get involved and help make the night a success.
